Lead Facilities Manager Position

This is a key role in the management of facilities and infrastructure. The Lead Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to deliver all services and operations for our clients' assets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in facilities management, with a strong background in managing teams and leading response to hard services related problems. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organisational and analytical skills.

The position involves managing a technical team and overseeing their work, providing training and ensuring adherence to safety, maintenance and quality standards. The successful candidate will also participate in audits related to Environmental Management, Quality Management, Information Security and other infrastructure-specific areas.

They will develop strategic procurement activities, ensuring best practices and competitive pricing, and will review and adjust contract processes to align with corporate standards. The annual facilities budget will also be developed by the successful candidate.
