Facilities Management Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced facilities management professional to lead and manage a local facilities team. This key role involves fostering collaboration and driving continual improvement across the FM team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading a team of Facility Managers
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are met across the team
  • Developing and managing revenue targets and fee revenues
  • Coordinating monthly training sessions for the local team covering technical topics
  • Managing all areas of risk to ensure both company and clients are effectively mitigated
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with service providers

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in delivering facilities and operational management services

Excellent business and operations acumen

Strong client engagement and capacity to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications

Strong knowledge and understanding of industry best practice, sustainability and legislative compliance
