Key Responsibilities- Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal periods;

- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team;
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Assist the Director of Food & Beverage with analysing performance, rostering and budgeting;
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members.
- Passion for customer service;
- Supervisory experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team;
- Strong interpersonal skills both with internal and external customers;
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure;
- Excellent time management and communication skills;
- Be available to work across a variety of shifts;
- Holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in VIC.
