As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of our building, plant, equipment, fixtures, and fittings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of general building maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. A trade qualification and experience in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools, are highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Engineer with maintenance and upkeep of the hotel
  • Protect the asset and ensure it remains a functional, pleasant, and safe environment for all guests, visitors, and team members
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including small hand tools
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment
