High-Volume Collections Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned collections expert to manage a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customer accounts totaling over $10M in receivables.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and collect on past-due invoices via email, phone, and customer billing portals.
- Review and interpret check remittances, resolve short-pays, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate outstanding balances and deductions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Review and release credit holds in accordance with established company policy.
- Identify patterns and root causes of payment delays and recommend process improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B credit and collections experience, supporting major accounts in a high-volume setting.
- Strong reconciliation skills and experience resolving complex payment discrepancies.
- Proficient in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) and customer billing portals.
- Ability to effectively manage large corporate accounts and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
