The Role

We seek a seasoned leader to oversee a team of specialists, ensuring seamless and efficient processing of invoices, timely collection of payments, and positive customer relationships.

This role demands strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process – invoicing, payments, and fund application.
  • Handle escalated customer queries, disputes, or issues in a professional manner.
