About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for leading performance testing and engineering initiatives, conducting in-depth analysis of system architecture, performance metrics, and resource utilisation.
  • Your expertise in JMeter scripting and execution will enable you to deliver expert insight into heap, GC, memory, and thread dump analysis, monitoring traces and transaction/session flows, workload modelling and tuning recommendations.
  • You will develop and enhance monitoring alerts, server health checks, and utilisation metrics, providing clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in performance testing, engineering, and analysis.
  • Expertise in AI-driven performance insights and automation tools.
  • Strong experience with system and application monitoring, memory/thread/GC analysis, user session and transaction-level diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
