Search Engine Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Optimisation Specialist to lead our organic growth strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical initiatives.

To achieve this, you will need to conduct in-depth audits, address crawl-ability and indexing issues, and work closely with our internal content writer to optimise and inform content strategies.

You will also be responsible for managing outreach and directing our Digital PR and outreach specialists to build high-quality links, as well as collaborating with our developers on site migrations and performance optimisation.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is an exciting area of opportunity, and we would love to hear from candidates who have experience in optimising for voice and AI-powered search engines.

You will be required to monitor keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and other key performance indicators.

To be considered for this role, you should have 3+ years' experience in SEO, ideally within a digital agency, and a strong technical foundation. You should also understand the full ecosystem of organic search, from site speed and indexing to E-E-A-T and algorithm impacts.
