Key Responsibilities:- We receive and respond to written and verbal contact, including complaints and enquiries, with professionalism and care.
- Triage complaints according to delegations and priorities, making informed decisions to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Assessing complaints, we determine whether issues can be dealt with by our office, working tirelessly to deliver justice and resolution.
- Exercising delegation to make decisions on issues deemed premature for investigation, we act with authority and accountability.
- Identifying applicable legislation, we formulate recommendations to senior officers, shaping policy and guiding practice.
- Maintaining accurate records using our case management system, we ensure transparency and trust.
- Has experience in responding to complaints and enquiries, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Can interpret and analyse problems, providing thoughtful and effective responses that meet the needs of all parties involved.
- Works harmoniously and effectively as an individual and team member, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Has experience in providing quality administrative support, bringing a high level of organisational skill and attention to detail.
