The Sexual Violence Review Board is seeking a skilled professional to fill the newly created role of Principal Research and Policy Officer.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Manager, Sexual Violence Review Board to support secretariat functions and contribute to the development of research and policy analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify systemic issues related to sexual offences in Queensland and other jurisdictions
  • Developing recommendations for improving government policies, practices, procedures, and systems
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to monitor the implementation of recommendations

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small collaborative team and make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of victims' rights.
