Job Description- Provide workplace advice via phone and email to support members across various industries.

- Ensure clear and professional communication to improve member satisfaction and loyalty.

- University degree in law, human rights, or a related field (or strong interest in workplace advocacy).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
