About the Role

A high-performing delivery environment is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Support Officer to join a fast-paced, structured delivery team. Working closely with Release Train Engineers and Solution Train Engineers, you will play a key role in coordinating agile ceremonies, managing governance artefacts, and ensuring delivery momentum is maintained across Agile Release Trains.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has strong Azure DevOps skills, and can confidently manage competing priorities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer support for Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains.
  • Organise and facilitate agile ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and showcases.
  • Support administration and configuration of Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item management, dashboards, queries, and reporting.
  • Track delivery progress and metrics, escalating risks and blockers as needed.
  • Maintain high-quality program documentation including briefing papers, decision records, and presentation decks for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and ensure governance processes are followed.
  • Collaborate across delivery teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely communication.
Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects or programs, ideally in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps for work tracking, dashboards, queries, and backlog management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework SAFe practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing high-quality reports, minutes, and presentations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-boxed environment.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence communicating at all levels.
Desirable Criteria
  • Previous experience supporting Release Train Engineers or Solution Train Engineers.
  • Exposure to PI Planning logistics and agile governance.
  • Knowledge of APS delivery environments and governance processes.
