Job Description

This role involves providing technical support to continue the function of Global ICT Logistics. The incumbent will work closely with personnel within the ICT Contracts and Asset Management Division, ICT Strategy and Investment Management Branch.

  • Receipting and tracking of ICT assets, consumables, both domestic and international.
  • The management of inventories, invoices, registers.
  • Performs server and storage break and fix.
  • Provides support for Enterprise products.
  • The preparation and dispatching of ICT assets, consumables, both domestic and international.
  • The application of asset information to ICT asset systems.
  • The monitoring and application of Remedy updates and requests.
  • The conduct of initial configuration/imaging of in-scope OS/devices.
  • Forklift licence qualification.
  • The receipt, monitoring, and tracking of the decommissioning of in-scope OS/devices as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • NV2 Clearance.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on technical experience.
  • Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic and/or military technical school/universities and/or applicable related technical experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic and/or military technical school/universities and/or applicable related technical experience.
