Job Description

As a Luxury Bridal Boutique Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client's upscale boutique showroom in Perth. Your primary focus will be on delivering an unparalleled customer experience, ensuring seamless interactions between clients, stylists, and sales teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of skilled stylists to provide exceptional service, guidance, and support to clients throughout the bridal gown selection process
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure impeccable showroom presentation, adhering to operational excellence standards
  • Driving sales performance by developing strategies to meet or exceed targets, while continuously monitoring and improving processes
