Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Event Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious venue. As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and executing weddings, social, and private events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling event inquiries, providing support in the planning and coordination of events.
  • Participate in organizing menu tastings, booking accommodations, and liaising with suppliers under the guidance of experienced staff.
  • Support the team in ensuring prompt and efficient responses to sales enquiries and conducting site inspections with potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and understand the essentials of maintaining competitiveness within the industry.
  • Maintain communication with clients and different departments to ensure the successful execution of events.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and engage in various marketing activities to promote the venue.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn new software and technologies relevant to event management and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates with a certificate in Events Management or a related field.
  • Individuals with a keen interest in event planning and management, eager to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work weekends as required by business demands.
