Accounts Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role is accountable for a variety of tasks, including data and price verification with follow-up.

Maintaining accurate records, setting up new accounts, and updating details are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with accounting functions such as data entry, filing, archiving, and responding to general enquiries from internal and external sources.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and previous accounts administration experience. A high level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Excel, is essential.

The ability to time manage and prioritise effectively, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry skills, are all crucial qualities for this role.

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, the successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and be able to take direction and follow processes and procedures. Experience with Oracle Netsuite accounting software is an advantage but not required.
