
Key Account Strategist

The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in augmenting, retaining and re-engaging accounts within the utility sector. The primary focus will be on expanding product utilisation, growing new business and enhancing profitability.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of utility and industrial accounts across Australia
- Re-engage inactive or underutilised clients to uncover new opportunities
- Coordinate tenders, contract renewals and quotes with internal teams
- Maintain CRM accuracy, opportunity tracking and forecasting integrity
- Build and maintain account coverage plans, ensuring regular engagement
- Liaise with engineering and technical specialists to scope and deliver solutions
