**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our operations at our Learning and Lifestyle centre in Maryborough and Hervey Bay, Qld.

This key role involves not only overseeing operations but also guiding and motivating a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching individuals to provide person centred supports, including to people with complex requirements to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours within the workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality person centre supports to people with disability both in the centre and in the community within a sustainable business model.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all services provided meet the required standards, while also promoting Endeavour Foundation's full suite of service offerings and exploring effective customer engagement strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
  • Experience with successfully managing site-based services within a related industry, such as the Disability Sector, and experience within Community services support for people with a disability.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, disability services provision and NDIS.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and lead through adversity.
