Our organization is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and developing effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

This leadership role requires the ability to develop strategies aligned with business goals and objectives, while also ensuring safety, employee experience, sales profitability, productivity, and efficiency targets are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading skills gap analysis and coaching new leaders and technicians
  • Driving recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
  • Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with business goals
  • Enhancing customer experience through data insights, sales support, and site visits
  • Monitoring and meeting key performance indicators to ensure service excellence
  • Championing safety and compliance, supporting a culture of perfection

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Experience leading a team, managing and motivating employees
  • The ability to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms
  • Certificate IV in Front Line Management desirable
