Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations team in ensuring high-quality services and safe workplaces.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of policies, processes, and standards for technical configuration of enterprise infrastructure, as well as developing and publishing technical policies, standards, and procedures at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the dissemination and implementation of policies, processes, and standards;
- Developing and publishing technical policies, standards, and procedures;
- Engaging with third-party technical support providers;
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and promote IT service management processes based on ITIL;
- High-level expertise and experience in technology domains such as incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management;
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to meet service delivery targets and implement quantifiable service improvements;
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a highly skilled technical team;
