Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Structural Engineer. This role involves identifying key clients and developing strategies to maintain and enhance relationships.

About the Role
  • Manage engineering requirements for projects requiring substantial professional experience.
  • Undertake improvement of professional engineering tasks, project management, and project controls.
  • Monitor project controls and assessment, design, and documentation within time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Come up with solutions that are timely, cost-effective, and align with project objectives.
Key Qualifications
  • An engineering degree or equivalent recognized by Engineers Australia.
  • Extensive design experience within an engineering consultancy or associated industry.
  • Demonstrated skills in Project and Design Management within structural engineering.
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor others.
  • A strong ability to communicate on a technical and project level with clients, staff, and management.
