Imagining innovative engineering solutions for a safe and reliable future is at the heart of this role. As a Civil Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge designs that meet project needs.

This engineer will work closely with a team to provide expert technical support, reporting directly to the Lead Civil Structural Engineer.

The role is based in our Brisbane office and involves collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop civil and structural engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct comprehensive design and analysis of tanks and tank foundations to API650 standards.
  • Develop innovative piling foundation designs using software tools like Spacegass, Robot, 12D, and Civil 3D.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.

About You:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering design, preferably in resource, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries.
  • Extensive experience in designing piling foundations and tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ qualified.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
