Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cost-effective structural engineering designs from conceptual design to detailed design, tender, and construction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on project requirements as they relate to scope, quantities, cost, and schedule
  • Perform analysis and design of steel structures and concrete foundations
  • Prepare specifications, design criteria, scope of work, and material take-offs
  • Work with designers and other engineers on the project team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
  • CPEng or working towards CPEng
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Previous experience working on EPC/EPCM projects in heavy industrial environments
  • Knowledge of Microstran, Strand7, and Spacegass is highly regarded
