Senior Structural Engineering Position

We are seeking a skilled Associate Engineer with extensive experience in engineering design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing projects
  • Provide high-quality structural engineering expertise
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Chartered member of the Institute of Engineers Australia
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in structural engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Australian design codes and standards
  • Experience in senior-level project design and commercial outcomes
  • Skill in writing tenders and proposals, managing projects, and communicating with clients
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Desire to build their own team and client base
