This exciting opportunity requires an individual with a passion for safety, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with suppliers and procurement teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering or science, with several years' experience in a manufacturing industry environment. They will also possess advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, auditor qualifications, and lean principles.

Job Description

As a Specialist - Quality, you will be responsible for providing QA/QC subject matter expertise to ensure product compliance. You will apply advanced engineering and statistical techniques for process control, drive process improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity, and ensure site QMS aligns with ISO 9001 and One Manufacturing standards.

You will support value-driven quality systems across the plant, working closely with suppliers and procurement teams to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with several years' experience in a manufacturing industry environment (Essential);
  • Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, auditor qualifications, and lean principles;
  • Experience in lean, project planning, structured problem solving, and liaising with process experts to develop solutions;
  • Minitab experience or Advanced levels with MS Excel;
  • Knowledge of systems and their documentation;
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously;
  • Ability to deliver on project requirements;
  • High attention to detail;
