The role of Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial in ensuring good quality raw materials enter our processes.

  • Provides QA/QC subject matter expertise to ensure product compliance;
  • Applies advanced engineering and statistical techniques for process control;
  • Drives process improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity;
  • Ensures site QMS aligns with ISO 9001 and One Manufacturing standards;
  • Supports value-driven quality systems across the plant.
Your Responsibilities

You will collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to drive process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement;
  • Apply lean principles to optimize process efficiency;
  • Develop and implement quality control measures;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with several years' experience in a manufacturing industry environment;
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and auditor qualifications;
  • Experience in lean, project planning, structured problem solving, and liaising with process experts;
  • Minitab experience or Advanced levels with MS Excel;
  • Knowledge of systems and their documentation;
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously;
  • Ability to deliver on project requirements;
  • High attention to detail.
