Manufacturing Specialist

A manufacturing role has become available at a leading Australian company specialising in roadside safety products.
The successful applicant will work in a dynamic team to contribute to the production process, helping to create high-quality road safety items. The role offers great opportunities for career growth and development within the organisation.
There are various positions available, including Casual and Full-Time roles with flexible shifts. The job is based in Thornton, NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery and assist in mould changes, start-ups, and shutdowns
- Adjust settings for product quality and cycle efficiency
- Conduct visual, fitment, and measurement checks
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues
- Record production data and perform light preventative maintenance
- Previous experience in manufacturing steel and/or plastics required
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Broad understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods
- Basic computer skills (for machine interfaces, data entry)
