About the Role

As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. You will take ownership of designing and delivering impactful training programs that align with business objectives, enhance workforce capabilities, and support safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic development and execution of site-wide training initiatives.
  • End-to-end ownership of training programs—from planning and delivery to evaluation and improvement.
  • Site audits to identify and close competency and compliance gaps.
  • Collaboration across teams to embed training into daily operations.
  • A strong safety and performance culture through continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in manufacturing, operations, training, SHES, or quality roles.
  • Proven leadership in training strategy and delivery.
  • Ability to deliver both theoretical and hands-on training.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or formal training qualifications.
