Quality Assurance Specialist

At the forefront of digital and automated technologies, our mining endeavors are redefining industry standards. This role will focus on ensuring product compliance through rigorous quality control processes, fostering a culture of precision and reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques to optimize process control;
  • Drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity improvements across multiple plants;
  • Ensure site Quality Management Systems align with ISO 9001 and manufacturing best practices; and
  • Support value-driven quality initiatives throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with several years' experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Proven understanding of ISO 9001 and auditing principles;
  • Experience in lean methodologies, project planning, problem-solving, and collaboration with process experts;
  • Proficiency in Minitab or Advanced MS Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of systems documentation and ability to work independently;
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with high attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated expertise in auditing and quality assurance.
