About the Role

This rewarding opportunity allows you to give back to the community while working in a supportive team environment.

The Disaster Response Support Specialist will be responsible for customer service and administration of property insurance claims, interacting with clients, internal staff, and stakeholders. A background in customer service and administration is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high volumes of incoming calls
  • Process new claims, arrange estimators, and submit quotes
  • Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
  • Liaise with insurance companies and loss adjusters
  • Update notes in internal and client systems
  • Prepare client documentation when required
  • Issue purchase orders to specialist trades
  • Approve incoming invoices from respective trades
  • Scope contract amendments for presentation purposes
