As a Claims Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing guidance and support to individuals throughout their recovery from motor vehicle accidents.
This position involves collaborating with external stakeholders such as doctors, treatment providers, and solicitors to facilitate services needed for optimal recovery. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Continuously learning and growing knowledge through various situations and challenges
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through guidance and assistance during the recovery process
- Managing end-to-end claims with leader guidance
- Identifying the need for clinical information to develop effective case management plans and strategies guided by legislative and compliance timeframes
- Engaging technical and negotiation skills to resolve claims
