Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion within our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused individual to join us as a Claims Administrator.
- Process high volumes of claims on a monthly basis
- Ensure timely finalisation of claims within a 30-day timeframe
- Manage internal follow-ups and approvals without direct customer interaction
- Weekly reporting and documentation management
- Collaborate with internal departments, including credit, finance, and sales
- Handle claim rejections and ensure complete and audit-ready documentation
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience in claims processing, credit administration, or coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow up internally
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work with a sense of urgency
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,520 to $65,000, plus superannuation and yearly salary reviews. Our flexible work arrangement includes three days of remote work and two days in the office, with options for alternative arrangements. On-site parking is also available.
