About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Brand Strategist to join our team on a 10-month parental leave cover. As a key member of our brand and communications team, you will play a critical role in building our omnichannel brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive strategies grounded in data and insight to strengthen our brands and enhance Are Media's reputation as the go-to destination for quality content and experiences.
  • Partner with the Head of Brand & Communications to create and execute integrated marketing plans that drive revenue across our Luxury & Homes portfolios.
  • Work closely with the Editors and Brand Managers to develop clear brand positioning and distinctive plans that resonate with consumers and clients.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and build brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, audience engagement, and brand equity across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing cross-channel marketing campaigns with a track record of delivering measurable results aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to optimise strategies and refine messaging.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, particularly social media and online platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams.
