Job Overview


We are seeking a Provisional or Fully Registered Psychologist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant in Darwin. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, organising, and participating in workplace rehabilitative programs to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


You will assess workers' transferable skills and potential through various means, including early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, ergonomic assessments, and case management services. Utilising your exceptional communication skills, you will liaise with stakeholders such as insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees to ensure seamless program delivery.

Your Qualifications and Skills


To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, be fully or provisionally registered with AHPRA, and possess knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management. Your outstanding communication and networking skills, excellent writing abilities, and experience in writing reports will enable you to make a valuable contribution to our team.
