Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Darwin or Alice Springs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients, promoting their return to work and overall well-being.

About the Role
  • Conduct initial needs assessments and develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Pursue vocational assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities and provide job-seeking support to clients.
  • Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to design and implement effective Return to Work strategies, addressing any barriers that may hinder successful reintegration.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to clients, advocating on their behalf to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Eligibility to register with ASORC (associate), RCAA, or AHPRA.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel within the role.
  • A genuine passion for empowering individuals to regain their health and successfully return to work.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package: $95,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Up to $9,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
