Account Manager Opportunity

As an Enterprise Account Manager/Director, you will be part of a distinguished, collaborative and ambitious team. You will be accountable for partnering with clients and your account team to ensure that assessment programs and solutions are performing effectively.

You will be responsible for ensuring issues or concerns are promptly addressed, and clients renew and grow with the organization. Additionally, you will be accountable for cross-selling into other parts of the client organization and offering the full suite of solutions.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in client management as an Account Manager of HR SaaS or Services programs with large organizations. You should have demonstrated ability to serve in a role with revenue accountability and meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and account teams to deliver effective assessment programs and solutions.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
