Our client is a market leading wealth management company based in the heart of Sydney CBD, seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Service Consultant to join the team.
- Meet service level agreements and turnaround times
- Provide advisers with weekly status updates on all cases in suspense
- Ensure enquiries are resolved or escalated to the appropriate team member
- Liaise, interact and build relationships with external stakeholders
- Managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Performing ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain both external and internal stakeholder relationships
- Previous experience within customer service and administration
- Previous exposure to the insurance industry would be a bonus
- Relevant qualifications in business or finance preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone technique
- Be a problem solver, think outside the box
- Detail orientated and able to make on the spot decisions
- Strong PC skills (MS office, Excel)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Relevant qualifications in business or finance preferred
