About Our Client Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our Sydney-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored client strategies to maintain a profitable book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and brokers.
  • Analyse account and location risks to inform risk selection and policy terms.
  • Develop and execute insurance policies to meet client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability through creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years property insurance experience with client-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Australian and New Zealand insurance markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to learn new technology.
