About This Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. Your role will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our B2B exhibitions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to break into sales and events — or for someone with a bit of experience ready to take their next step.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across a wide range of sectors
  • Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Book and coordinate meetings for senior sales executives
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Presents the benefits of our events to prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams on campaign execution

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You'll be self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Confidence on the phone and ability to build relationships quickly is key. You'll also be organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

What You'll Get
