We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant, ensuring all products meet strict quality requirements.

Key responsibilities include operating a front-end loader, interacting regularly with customers, scheduling deliveries, working collaboratively with a high-performing team, demonstrating safety and leadership potential, monitoring plant and equipment, managing maintenance and production tasks, and delivering concrete to customers.

Required Skills:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
  • Ability to operate with and support a Zero Harm safety policy
  • Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the position
Benefits:
