We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic concrete batcher to join our team at our Warrnambool Concrete Plant.

The Concrete Batcher/Agi Driver will oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant, operate a front-end loader (FEL), and regularly interact with customers taking orders & scheduling deliveries. This role requires strong safety awareness, leadership potential, and the ability to work unsupervised.

• Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant
• Operate a front-end loader (FEL)
• Regularly interact with customers, taking orders & scheduling deliveries
• Work in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes
• Demonstrate safety awareness and show leadership potential
• Ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements
• Monitor all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required
