About the Role

The IT Systems Support Officer will be responsible for providing quality support and assistance to the Respect environment, staff, and residents. The role's primary aim is to ensure the proficient day-to-day functioning of the Information and Technology services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for all IT-related matters.
  • Manage all Desktop, and Windows infrastructure.
  • Achieve agreed service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
  • Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests.
  • Contribute to IT-related projects.
  • Work with third-party vendors as required.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.
  • Previous IT Helpdesk and Support experience.
