Role Requirements
  • A current First or Second-Class Certificate of Competency or Mutual Recognition;
  • The ability to comply with Safety Health Management System, Coal Mining Legislation, and relevant statutory requirements;
  • A strong work ethic and attendance record;
  • Compliance with site procedures, instructions, and equipment specifications to ensure effective and safe use of equipment;
  • The ability to define and communicate performance goals and provide regular feedback on performance;
  • Strong leadership ability and problem-solving skills to address complex situations;
  • Demonstrated experience in Underground Coal in a similar role.
