We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insight Specialist to join our team. As Voice of Customer Coordinator, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform business strategy and product development.

Key responsibilities include building and executing customer surveys, monitoring survey responses and customer feedback channels, and providing actionable insights to key internal stakeholders. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the business to service requests and provide required customer insights.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and executing surveys, analyzing survey data, and providing recommendations. Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data is also essential. Additionally, familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Braze, and Iterate is an advantage.

You will be part of a global business with offices, products, and customers in Australia, USA, and UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to shaping the company's vision and direction.
