**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our market insights team. As a Market Insights Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations to enhance performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze route-to-market performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement customer lifecycle processes to drive sales growth
  • Create self-service dashboards and data visualizations to empower stakeholders with key metrics and insights
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather insights, feedback, and provide data-driven solutions

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, preferably with a focus on analytics and insights
  • Proven experience with building reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Ability to work with large data sets and develop compelling stories with data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
