The Marketing Data Analyst role plays a pivotal part in enabling data-driven marketing strategy. This involves extracting actionable insights from complex customer and campaign data to shape lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extracting and interpreting actionable insights from complex customer and campaign data
  • Shaping and optimizing lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Improving the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Identifying opportunities for targeted segmentation, better customer journey experiences, and enhanced campaign performance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or data analysis roles
  • Tertiary qualifications in statistics, mathematics, business analytics, marketing, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated expertise with analytics and visualisation tools, particularly Jupyter notebooks and Power BI
  • Proven ability to perform data wrangling, cleansing, and preparation of large datasets for analysis
  • Strong experience with customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and insight generation to support marketing strategy
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security, and governance principles
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with marketing and product teams
