As a Senior Project Manager, you'll work with our global tech leader to drive customer adoption and retention. You'll be part of a well-established team that provides expert customer delivery to major clients in the APAC region.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain project plans to meet deliverables and system go-live dates.
  • Manage project controls, including tracking progress and identifying issues.
  • Lead the project team and manage effective transition between project phases.
  • Communicate with customers and internal project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Work with customers to review business/functional/technical requirements.
  • Coordinate deliverables with the PM, Engineering & QA departments.
  • Monitor and control project profitability to ensure baseline targets are met.
  • Prepare estimates and project plans for new opportunities.

What We Expect

  • Minimum 8 years of PM experience in delivery of projects in an onsite/offshore model to Capital Market clients.
  • Ability to scope and convey plans, issues, and concerns to clients and team members.
  • Experience working in systems or business analysis and system design within the capital markets industry.
  • Experience in implementation and support of a Front or Back office system within a Bank, Hedge fund, or Asset Manager.
  • A strong demonstrable record of customer service and ability to manage a multi-location team.
  • Customer-driven and capable of working within a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client site implementations.
