Nasdaq is a global leader in technology and innovation, committed to breaking down barriers to inclusive prosperity. We're seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Customer Delivery team in the APAC region.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading system upgrades and implementations, working closely with customers to review business/functional/technical requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery of configuration and/or custom code. You will also coordinate with the PM, Engineering & QA departments to ensure timely delivery of core product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track project progress, meet deliverables, and ensure timely system go-live dates
  • Develop and maintain project plans, identify and set project controls, and manage effective transition between project phases
  • Manage and communicate issues to customers and internal project teams
  • Work directly with customers to review business/functional/technical requirements and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Coordinate with PM, Engineering & QA departments to ensure timely delivery of core product enhancements
  • Monitor and control project profitability, ensuring baseline targets are met or managed accordingly
  • Work with Sales and Customer Delivery Director to prepare estimates and project plans for new opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned project manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering projects in an onsite/offshore model to Capital Market clients. You should have a strong track record of customer service, experience working in systems or business analysis, and a proven ability to manage a multi-location team and deliver projects.
