Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a not-for-profit, community housing, or related sector.
* Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors and lead strategic planning initiatives.
* Proven experience liaising with high levels of government - experience and awareness across tenders / writing scopes.
* Experience in managing people, fostering a positive culture, and driving performance.
* A deep understanding of legislative, regulatory, and fiduciary responsibilities in the community housing sector.
* Commitment to workplace health and safety.
