We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Financial Director to join our team at Hays Recruitment. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in the overall financial management and strategic direction of the company.

In this role, you will lead the accounting and finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the CEO and other leaders to drive the company's strategic vision and operational effectiveness.

You will have extensive experience in the construction or related building subcontractor industry and a proven track record of financial leadership in a similar role. Business Management of a company, including involvement with external parties such as unions or EBA's negotiations will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific knowledge, including accurate project costing, financial management of construction contracts, and effective cash flow management. You will also be expected to identify and mitigate financial risks.

As a senior financial leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. You will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to ensure that financial decisions are made in the best interests of the company.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
